We are pleased to be working with a growing nursery who are currently recruiting for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Baby Room Leader to join their setting in the Borough of Tameside. If you have a Full Level 3 in Childcare and are looking for an exciting new role within a growing nursery, this is the job for you

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- To work as a room leader and to implement the nursery curriculum
- Provide high standards of quality within the nursery
- Lead planning and maintain accurate and effective children's records
- Promote and facilitate partnership with parents/carers
- Support the development of good practice with regard to special needs and inclusion
- Work with the Childcare and Education team to continuously improve the quality of childcare and education
- Ensure that children are kept safe and that staff understand and when necessary follow Safeguarding Procedures
- Remain knowledgeable of current developments in childcare and education policy and practice

**Requirements of this Role**:

- Level 3 in Childcare or above
- Minimum of 1 year previous Childcare experience
- Have a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS
- Extensive knowledge of Safeguarding
