As Hotel Receptionist, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests, and your friendly welcoming attitude, is one the key part to making our guests stay as memorable as possible.

Hotel Receptionist responsibilities include check-in/ Check-out, verifying reservations, ensuring payments and folios are balanced, arranging a number of guest requests, coordinating with all departments across the property and most importantly, providing our guests with first class local knowledge and a positive can do attitude, the words "I don't know" are not in our vocabulary.

**_Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.**_
- *Responsibilities_*

**- Carry out guest _check-in and check-out_**

**- _Manage online and phone reservations_**

**- _Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms_**

**- _Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities_**

**- _Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner coordinating with Duty Managers._**

**- _Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs_**

**- _Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests_**

**- _Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate_**

**- _Maintain updated records of bookings and payment_**

**_Requirements_**

**- _Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role_**

**- _Experience working in a Hotel brand_**

**- _Excellent Customer service attitude and a Can Do Attitude_**

**- _Excellent communication and organizational skills_**
