**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and providing change
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders with drink orders for a seamless dining experience
- Monitor alcohol consumption of customers to prevent over-intoxication and ensure their safety
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up the bar area before service and cleaning up at the end of the shift

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting as a Bartender or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage presentation
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
- Basic math skills for accurately calculating bills, handling cash, and making change
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- A positive attitude with excellent communication skills

**Salary**: £7.73-£10.43 per hour
