An exciting opportunity has arisen as we seek a Night Porter to join the team
- **Hourly Rate **up to £11.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
- **Work Schedule **from 11:00pm to 07:00 am

This role will be based on a casual contract, so whether you are currently on full time employment, or in education, or want to gain more experience within the hospitality sector then this might may be the right fit for you.

The night porter assists with the nightly activities of the venue working with existing departments to including events, housekeeping and The Bistro.

**Duties**:

- Able to complete nightly cleaning tasks which will include Bar, Restaurant and Public Areas.
- To assist the events department with clearing and setting of function rooms.
- Able to assist in the event of a fire evacuation plan for all guests and staff overnight.
- Able to provide assistance to our residential guests if required.

**Key requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar or other related role within hospitality preferred.
- Ability to organise time to ensure all cleaning and set-up duties are completed within the shift.
- Ability to follow policy and procedures and adapt accordingly to situations that may arise
- Possess excellent customer service delivery in a manner befitting the reputation and standards of the operation

Reports to: Events Manager

Department: Wedding and Events

**Job Types**: Permanent, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: Up to £11.00 per hour
