**The Role**
This role will join our Human Resources team and provide key human resources services to the business, including the coordination of recruitment and the administration of the company’s ERP system.

This role will be base in Stonehaven with travel to Westhill and Fordoun as required.

**Main responsibilities**
- Maintain excellence in recruitment and onboarding of new staff - planning, advertising, screening, interviewing, contract administration and training/onboarding.
- Coordinating key operational HR processes including; ERP administration, coordination of training requests and producing reports.
- Support the HR Manager in the delivery of HR services and projects to target business units.
- Resolve general HR enquiries with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining personnel files accurately to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Actively participate in the internal and external audit processes and assist in the outworking of audit findings as required.
- Ensure compliance with MMA policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
- Consistent focus on automation of, and alignment to HR processes and procedures.
- Provide administrative support where required, to meet HR team and project targets.

**Qualifications**
- Business administration or HR qualification

**Essential Experience**
- Relevant experience in a similar role (preferred minimum 2 years)
- Experience in oil/gas or technically based business background
