Freezer Operative

**Hours of Work 06:00 - 14:30 / 06:30 - 15:00 Monday to Friday**

**Role Purpose**

The bakery at Mademoiselle Desserts Taunton is responsible for producing frozen desserts. The Freezer Operative will work with their Line leader and team members to ensure that production/packing is kept in line with the weekly plan, ensuring quality, cost, GMP and health and safety standards are met at all times.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Completion of tasks as described on skills matrix
- Moving racks of product in and out of freezers
- Work to CCP (critical control point) and quality standards
- Hygiene tasks ensuring your area of work meets GMP standards
- Reporting any quality and safety issues to your Line Leader
- Work efficiently with the team and support any other areas that may be required
- Any other duties as may be reasonably expected to ensure adequate levels of output.
- Supporting the Line Leader with efficient changeovers
