This role will require you to maintain an outstanding patient-focused service whilst ensuring that the safe, effective and evidence-based care is consistently delivered.

**Requirements**:
Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC

Scrub post-registration qualification

Current and consolidated experience as a theatre scrub practitioner, ideally within a private healthcare setting

Evidence of continuing professional development

Knowledge of current issues in professional practice

Good knowledge of clinical governance standards and external bodies, such as the CQC, AfPP

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all professional disciplines
