Printer, Cartridge/toner Sales Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead telephone sales efforts by actively reaching out to both new and existing clients in the UK and Ireland, showcasing our USP of offering savings of up to 70% against RRP.
- Promote DottyInk's comprehensive range of printers, cartridges, toners, and stationery, tailored to meet the specific needs of businesses of all sizes in the local community.
- Utilize your expertise to advise clients on the best printer consumables and stationery for their unique requirements, emphasizing both quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with team members to collectively achieve telephone sales targets, leveraging our USP to build long-term client relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions, providing valuable insights to enhance the team's sales strategies.
- Effectively utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales opportunities, and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in telephone sales, with a focus on printers, cartridges, toners, and stationery.
- In-depth knowledge of printer consumables and stationery, allowing you to guide clients to comprehensive and cost-effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment and contribute to the team's success.
- Enthusiastic and motivated, with a positive attitude toward achieving team and individual goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
