The role is to provide support across the board of Directors in the Chichester Office and Rural team.

**Assistant to the Directors** Contract**:Full Time - Permanent**

**ASSISTANT TO THE DIRECTORS**

The role of Assistant to Directors is to provide support to the Directors in administration, enquiries, marketing of Estate and rural properties. In this role you will need to have the foresight to plan and arrange any administrative needs within the departmentand have a constant ahead of the game approach to supporting the Directors. The role will involve contact with rural property residents and Estate Offices; therefore, a personable and welcoming demeanour is a must. This role involves discretion and confidentialityis key.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Administrative support for Directors
- Diary management and arranging of Estate meetings.
- Co-ordinating company events
- Attending Estate meetings and taking minutes of these meetings
- Liaising with solicitors as required
- Letter writing
- Organisation of paperwork
- Administration of rent reviews
- Compliance
- Receiving and dealing with general enquiries into the department
- Marketing
- Arranging property boards
- Scheduling viewings
- Co-ordinating property inspections
- Co-ordinating check-in and check-out appointments with tenants
- Carrying out inventories for new and leaving tenants
- Liaising with applicants throughout the letting process including utility bills and measure ups
- Assisting with general maintenance of properties
- Organising energy and biomass invoices to tenants
- Obtaining, monitoring, and chasing utility meter readings
