We’re now looking for a likeminded colleague to join our team at Car Store Nottingham as Parts Advisor, where you’ll be at the forefront of our customer-first vision, advising our internal and external customers on their parts queries with your extensive product knowledge.

**What does the role of Parts Advisor involve?**
- Working within the parts department, serving internal and external customers and providing advice on products and parts available to them
- Upholding the correct implementation of pricing structures
- Working closely with the Parts Leader to monitor stock control
- Completing all paperwork and requisitions accordingly, whilst maintaining a secure environment at all times

**What qualities do I need to succeed in the role of Parts Advisor?**
- Be OPEN - listen to customers and colleagues, understand their needs and stay curious about new ideas
- Be EXPERT - share your knowledge in a straightforward way, being eager to learn more
- Be ADAPTABLE - adjust to the changing needs of customers and colleagues, doing the right thing
- Be REAL - be authentic, honest and true to yourself - being real builds trust

**What skills do I need to succeed in the role of Parts Advisor?**
- Parts experience is desirable, however customer service experience is a must - you must be able to demonstrate your understanding of products to customers and internal departments
- Experience of working alone, as well as part of a team
- Great organisation and administration skills, with experience of computer systems
- A full UK manual driving licence (desirable but not essential)
