**About The Role**:
Cala Homes Chiltern Ltd are looking to recruit a Land Buyer to join the team. Reporting to the Land Director, you assist the team based to enable them to manage land acquisitions and subsequent development projects

**About You**:
As this is a varied and deadline driven position, you must be reliable and flexible and able to act on your own initiative and be able to work under pressure due to strict deadlines in the land acquisition process. It is important that you can build on your existing network and establish new connections with land and planning contacts to procure land opportunities.

You must also hold a full driving licence to be able to travel to potential sites with a view of sourcing new opportunities.
