Trainee Installer

**Adecco are proud to be working with an energy company who are recruiting for a Trainee Installer to join their team, see below**:
**Job Title**: Trainee Insulation Installer

**Location**:Ashford, Kent

**Salary**:£20,808 + bonus + overtime (likely to be around £25,000 per year inclusive of bonus and overtime), and once qualified can earn up to £30,000

**Hours**:Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday only
- No evenings, weekends or bank holidays
- 20 days + bank holidays
- Training - company will put you through a NVQ for Loft and Cavity Insulation
- Pension after 3 months
- PPE and tools provided

**Key responsibilities within your new role once qualified would be to**:

- Visiting customers homes and installing insulation.
- Working on construction sites to install insulation for new builds.
- Complete pre-installation checks and confirm the contents of the survey.
- Adequately explain the CWI installation regulations and drilling sequence.
- Re-point drilled holes and colour-match to a high standard.
- Explain the gas safety and ventilation requirements.
- Explain the loft insulation installation regulations.
- Working at a height and in confined spaces.
- Working outside in all weather conditions.

**Experience and skills required for this position**:

- Full driving licence or working towards your licence
- CSCS card, ideal but not essential
- Can do attitude and be willing to learn
- **Must live in Ashford, Kent**
