Bangor, United Kingdom T's Removals Full time

The removal of items from our customer's property on a daily basis, this will include loading & unloading to and from the vehicle, as well as occasional dismantling/reassembling of furniture
- The delivery of excellent customer service, both in terms of task and engagement with the customer
- Driving our vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
- Working as a team to deliver excellent removal standards on a daily basis
- Responding to telephone and social media enquiries
- One years experience in a removals role AND/OR two years experience in a customer service role. Full training will be provided
- A full UK driving license with no more than 3 penalty points
- A passion for delivering high levels of both customer service and operational excellence
- A polite, courteous and warm manner
- The capability for the physical elements of this role, which include but are not limited to: Lifting heavy items, loading and unloading items into the vehicles, covering long distances & climbing stairs.

As part of this role, there is also a planned path of progression as well. This will all be discussed at the interview stage of the process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
