**DEPUTY PRINCIPAL**:
Applications are invited for the post of Deputy Principal, following theappointment of the current post-holder to a Principal's position.

The Trustees are looking for a dynamic and determined leader to join our highly successful and popular college, which has an enviable reputation for its quality provision and established track record in delivering impressive examination results.

This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to the future leadership of a top-class college, with a key focus on Curriculum and Quality. The Deputy Principal will be expected to make a significant contribution to all aspects of the strategic and operational management of the College, as well as deputising for the Principal.

Applications are invited from teaching professionals who can demonstrate wide-ranging leadership qualities and high-level interpersonal skills and possess the necessary vision to help lead the College successfully into the future.

**Starting salary will be £80,757 per annum, inclusive of fringe area allowance. Pay award pending for this academic year. There will be the opportunity for pay progression on the **College's** leadership pay spine.**
