**Job Title: Transport Administrator**

**Responsible to: Operations Director / General Manager**

**Department: Woodside Distribution**

**Contract Type: Permanent**

**Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 10-6pm**

**Job Summary**
- Working with our existing Customer Care team, being the initial point of contact for our customers and partners.
- To provide and maintain excellent levels of Customer Care to ensure all goods delivered within the required transit, therefore ensuring our delivery and collection performance is met and maintained.
- To pro-actively foster and develop close working relationships with customers, partners and colleagues.
- To accurately input an update information onto our own and partners operating systems.

**The Person**:

- Will possess excellent verbal, written, and communication skills with the ability to communicate across different media (e.g. telephone, e mail and electronic messaging).
- Will have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to our customers, colleagues, and partners.
- While full training will be provided around systems and customs administration, very strong overall I.T. knowledge is essential as there will be exposure to several different operating systems.

**Essential criteria**:

- 1 years previous experience in the use of all Microsoft packages
- Previous experience in a fast paced office environment dealing with large volume of calls and administrative duties
