A Client within the Public Sector based in West London is currently recruiting for a Senior Estates Surveyor to join their property and estates team as soon as possible.

The Purpose of the role is to be responsible for managing an agreed portfolio of assets to ensure financial returns are optimised. Deputise for the Principal Estates Surveyor and Head of Property and Estates and proactively participate in relevant meetings as required.

**Requirements**:

- RICS qualified.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Must have a full, current UK driving licence and the use of a vehicle at all times.
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Law and practice

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering **£420 - £450 per day Umbrella LTD Inside IR35**.
