Account Support Executive

Working alongside the UK commercial team, with appropriate resource and support to ensure the smoothing running of the day to day activities, which is required to ensure our customers receive a first class service, administrative support and fundamental foundation for growth.
**MAJOR ACCOUNTS**
- Collate the raw data from the various customer online portals to populate existing internal KPI reports and distribute internally.
- Run adhoc reports on customer portals to support the commercial team as and when required.
- Research and record competitor and promotional activity, including private label. Photographically record marketing campaigns of the Neo G brand and competitors on a regular basis. This is to be carried out both online and in the retail store environment. Any changes or new listings to be brought to the attention of the commercial team.
- Complete as necessary, and seek assistance from colleagues, all customer specific forms. These may include but are not limited to; new line forms, promotional activity and nominations, internal stock forecasting trackers or general set up forms.
- Populate and share information with the operations team for any planned activity. Anything that impacts stock availability or changes to requirements at the time its required, such as promotions, distribution changes and new listings to be brought to the attention of the SNAM.
- Support the commercial team in the preparation and delivery of customer presentations and brand days.
- Record all invoices for approval in the relevant locations and ensure back up documents are requested from the customer to support the invoice approval process. Assist where necessary in resolving invoice queries.
- Manage and track the customer service levels by using the online portals. Liaise with supply chain when the necessary stock levels are not maintained to meet these target levels and work with the SNAM to identify best course of action to take when they fall below. Record any reasons in the customer specific trackers when the target SL may have fallen below expectation.
- Co-ordinate, record and distribute to relevant stakeholders, the annual promotional plan of the full customer base.
- Co-ordinate and distribute brand samples or packaging as necessary to customers and suppliers.
- Liaise with our visual merchandising partners to provide information and support the successful launch of instore campaigns.
- Upon request from customers co-ordinate and provide product imagery or content requirements for marketing activities as agreed in line with company policy.
- Maintain and update the contact database of our customers and potential customers.
- Other administrative tasks and support as and when required.
**GENERAL & TRADE ACCOUNTS**
- Develop relationships and be the first point of contact with the trade accounts and any new enquiries. Seek assistance from the SNAM as necessary to complete all requests.
- Manage, update and distribute as needed the trade account price lists.
- Prepare mail campaigns to trade accounts to support business growth.
- To be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work.
- Comply with company policy in relation to Health and Safety, security and confidentiality.

**Qualifications/skills**:
- No qualifications are required however previous experience in similar role is essential.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Go getting, ambitious, can-do attitude.
- Team orientated mentality.
