**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Providing technical support, guidance and solutions to all employees, including troubleshooting hardware issues.
- Acting as the main internal point of contact and administrator for key company software, such as Google Workspace, 8X8 telephony.
- Working with the Chief Technology Office to develop and implement IT security strategy, throughout the business, including user access controls, secure password management, computer use policies etc.
- As Project Abroad embarks on a major modernisation of our IT platforms and software, the IT Coordinator will work in a precise and systemic manner to test and evaluate potential new technology.

**Skills we’re looking for**:

- Demonstratable experience working in an IT support role.
- A track record of successfully preparing and delivering technical training documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A Degree or equivalent in computer science, computing, or relevant field is desirable but not essential.

This role is ideal for someone located near to or within an easily commutable distance from Brighton, East Sussex. Hybrid working is available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
