Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundworker to join our team. As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of manual labor tasks to support construction and maintenance projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

**Duties**:

- Assist in the preparation and excavation of construction sites
- Operate hand tools and power equipment as directed
- Assist with the installation of utilities, such as water and sewer lines
- Perform landscaping tasks, including planting, mulching, and sodding
- Assist with the pouring and finishing of concrete
- Clean and maintain job sites to ensure safety and organization
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or landscaping preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power equipment
- Valid driver's license preferred
