Are you an experienced Home Manager keen to take the lead at a well established, well regarded residential dementia care service - home to 45 residents, providing residential &Y dementia care.

Your experience will include effective leadership skills, enabling you to manage the home through your management team. Alongside your ability to nurture, motivate and drive service delivery within your team this role ultimately holds the responsibilityof ensuring the best possible person centred care is provided to each and every resident.

You will of course also have experience of working within CQC, Local Authority and Government guidelines.

The home is easily accessible, just outside Ipswich in Suffolk and easily commutable from surrounding areas.
