As a part of our team, you will be trustworthy, well-presented and guarantee that guests enjoy a flawless experience by working efficiently and effectively with the rest of your team.

To be successful in this role, you should be personable and adept at working well under pressure. You will provide all guests with impeccable service and maintain a comfortable environment, whilst performing other expected duties involved with the running of the bar & restaurant.

You will have a passion for excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will have a good knowledge of fresh food, preparation of classic and modern cocktails as well as wines, spirits, tea, coffee, and other hot drinks and will continue to build and retain your knowledge as you grow with us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet, and serve guests both food and drink to the venue's standards and cater to their requirements.
- Provide charismatic, warm, and engaging service and maintain a comfortable environment.
- Be confident in providing guests with a memorable experience.
- Demonstrate an extensive knowledge and passion for food, wines, spirits and cocktails, with a desire to learn more.
- Create and grasp every opportunity to maximise sales & revenue for the company.
- To understand and live the legalities of all facets of the businesses and handle the business true to these every day.
- Nurture frequent guests to enhance customer retention.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
- Maintain stock on both bar and floor areas at all times.
- Ensure guests stay safe and orderly within the restaurant and enforce restaurant standards at all times.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised working environment.
- Be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £7.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 35 per week
