**Chief Marketing Officer (Forex, CFD, Brokerage and financial services)**

**Based in Limassol, Cyprus.**

We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join our fast-growing, international team of bright individuals, and help us taking our product to the next level. The company was established in 2018. Since then, we never stopped expanding and introducing cool features to our base of 1 million+ users.

In addition to an existing arsenal of awesome award-winning products that we already have, such as trading platform, digital asset exchange, copy-trading, DeFi staking, and others - we are building a plethora of new services, which will include the payments and card infrastructure, licensed brokerage services and much more.

The Marketing team is the engine that drives our growth across the globe. With a community-driven and aggressive marketing approach they ensure our product is the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region. Each area of the team works like special forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets and use their know-how to grow the brand and our user base. We’re looking for a Head of Marketing / CMO who will supervise global marketing activities and help us acquire 10x more users across existing and new acquisition channels globally.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the marketing department responsible for driving growth for the whole group.
- Setting your team's goals, success metrics and roadmap to align with company’s mission and reach maximum impact based on data analysis, market research and company strategy.
- Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan. Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
- Researching demand for our products and services. Competitor research.
- Close cooperation with development team Developing promotions with advertising managers. Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
- Building brand awareness and positioning. Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
- Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
- Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
- Overseeing digital marketing campaigns.
- Overseeing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Overseeing PR campaigns.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as Product, Legal, Customer Service, and others.

What you'll need:

- 7+ years with one of the leading Forex/CFD brokers or high-growth fintech’s.
- 7+ years of experience in managing people.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Passion and keen interest for fintech/crypto/payments/finance space. Curious to learn all the competitors out there and make the best out of this research.
- Proven marketing campaign experience - performance marketing/affiliate marketing/brand marketing/strategic partnerships for a $100m+ FX/CFD or fintech firm.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Strong copywriting skills. Attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage budgets.
- Professional and proactive work ethic.
- High competence in project and stakeholder management.
