The restaurant area offers comfortable seating options, from intimate tables for two to larger group settings. Whether you're seated by a window or on the outdoor terrace during warmer months, you'll be treated to breathtaking vistas of the flowing water and surrounding natural beauty.

The menu at the Riverside Pub & Restaurant features a diverse selection of dishes, showcasing both traditional Scottish fare and international flavours. From hearty pub classics like fish and chips to gourmet burgers, salads, and seafood specialities.

Complementing the delicious food is an extensive drinks menu, offering a wide range of wines, spirits, craft beers, and specialty cocktails.

**Renumeration**: The on target earning for this role is £29,800 per annum - comprising a base salary of £26,800 plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge.

**Position Overview**: As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar & restaurant, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will lead by example, providing guidance and support to our team members while upholding the values and principles of our establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of front of house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders.
- Ensure seamless operation during service hours, managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries.
- Train and mentor team members, providing ongoing coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service efficiency, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen facilities.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and tact, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food handling guidelines and sanitation standards.
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll processing, and maintaining records of sales and expenses.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the pub / restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences to guests.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
