Optical Assistant required to join our busy established independent opticians in Garstang.

We are looking for a full time and part time Optical Assistant.

Full time hours 37.5 hours per week Mon
- Fri to include some Saturdays.

Part time role
- hours to be discussed.

The role will include:

- Reception duties
- General administration duties
- Workshop
- prescription lens ordering
- Checking of prescription spectacles
- General spectacle repairs
- Dispensing Spectacles
- Carry out Pre Screen Tests
- Opportunity to progress if desired

Previous experience is desirable but not essential. Most importantly we are looking for an enthusiastic team player who is keen to learn.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
