Area Manager

Our national client is seeking an Area Manager for the general management and compliance of security and cleaning teams within a defined area. This will involve regular travel to attend sites.
**Knowledge & Experience**:
- Proven management skills, with a least 3 years experience in the security industry
- Proven TUPE process knowledge
- High level of MS Office literacy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self motivated and able to work under pressure and deal with conflicting deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of security regulations and standards
- Experience and ability to carry out site security audits and reviews
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Ensure compliance checks are completed on each site, quarterly, raising action points as required
- Deal with any issues concerning conduct or operation of any member of the security and cleaning teams, including investigation etc..
- Support the mobilisation of new properties
- Ensure accurate cost models are issued and signed off by surveyors
- Support in the undertaking of TUPE consultations
- Produce reports
- Strict control of overtime
- Ensure appropriate training has been provided on all new sites
Working Hours: 37.5 per week
