Waitress/ Waiter

Job Overview:
We are seeking a collaborator to join our team at AMORE&co in fleetwood. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment.

**Duties**:

- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to address any additional needs or requests
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness
- Process payments and provide accurate change to customers
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
- Have a strong common sense and follow the restaurant rules

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills accurately
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Flexibility to work evenin

**Salary**: From £11.42 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
