G&P Healthcare is a nurse led specialist home care company rated Outstanding by CQC.

We are looking for a new team to support a young man in his own home in Gosforth. This amazing young man has a learning disability and he is fed through a PEG. He is very chatty and he has a lovely personality, loves his music and films. He attends college during the day and he would like to access the community after college, weekends and during non term times.

**HOURS** **AVAILABLE TERM TIME**

Monday to Friday hours are - 16.00 until 08.00 the next day, this shift includes a sleeping night shift.

Saturday and Sunday hours available are 08.00-20.00 day shift and sleeping night shift. You could work a 24 hour shift if you prefer.

**HOURS** **AVAILABLE NON TERM TIME**

When our client is on holiday from college or unwell care will be needed 24 hours per day. This will be 12 hour day shifts (08:00-20.00) then sleeping night shifts again 24 hour shifts can be offered.

**Essential**. - You must be a driver as our client has his own vehicle and would like to access the community.

We are looking for staff that can be flexible to the changing hours required during term and non term time.

Care experience is also required.

Training is provided by our nurses and you will be fully supported. This work is very rewarding and you can make a real difference to this young man and his family.
