**Responsibilities**:

- First point of contact for employees and line managers providing guidance and support on policy and processes and employee relations
- Provide confidential advice and support to all employees and advise managers on policy, procedures, and best practise
- Foster a culture of health and wellbeing to support all employees
- Monitor and review HR policies and process and implement changes in line with the business or legislative changes
- Participate in specific projects to align HR goals with the business
- Support and advise managers with recruitment, selection and on-boarding
- Manage employee relations casework including resolutions, disciplinaries, absence, grievances, retirement, and redundancy
- Support performance review process and facilitate employee reviews
- Administer payroll on a monthly basis and input payroll adjustments
- Coordinate training when required

**Skills and experience required**:

- Experience working at a HR Advisor level
- Ability to work multiple complex projects at a time
- Ability to retain complete confidentiality
- Strong and confident communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to show empathy in difficult situations
