My client is a leading financial services business based in the heart of Liverpool. For over 25 years they have been a leading light in their sector working with over 1000 commercial clients providing access to finance for their customer base. Due to expansion,we are looking for a proven and experienced Complaints Handler.

**Job Duties**
- Responsible for the logging and investigation of all new complaints ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
- Support the complaints process to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Complaints and Quality Assurance Officerand Team Manager to ensure a seamless complaints process is delivered.
- Liaise with dealer/ broker partners,customers,field staff, third party finance partners and IAF Reading team (supporting MIVF own book complaints) in order to investigate complaint points raised.

**Person Specification**:

- Previous experience working in a complaints handling role is essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self motivation and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong investigation skills
- You must live in commutable distance of central Liverpool

**What this role can offer you**
- Salary - this role has a basic salary of £23,000 - £25,000
- Immediate start date
- Hybrid Working - currently my client has a hybrid working model with 2 days WFH and 3 days based at their office in central Liverpool
