AFC Fire & Security LTD is a specialist fire safety consultancy that focuses on passive fire safety. Our expertise includes Types 1 - 4 Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Compartmentation Surveys, Fire Door Inspections & Flat Entrance Door Inspections.
Role Description:
AFC Fire is looking to hire a full-time remote Fire Compartmentation Surveyor.
The surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys and inspections of buildings to determine compartmentation adequacy. The Fire Compartmentation Surveyor is responsible for producing detailed reports that identify any non-compliances in the building's passive fire safety systems.
Qualifications:
- Experience in fire safety and passive fire protection
- Experience conducting Fire Compartmentation Surveys and Fire Door Inspections
- Strong report writing and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Level 3 Certificate in Passive Fire Protection
- Level 3 Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment course (NEBOSH etc)
- Full UK driving license
