Maintenance Manager

Interaction Recruitment Norwich are working with one of their clients based in Bowthorpe.
My client is recruiting for a Maintenance manager on a full-time permanent basis to join their team.
**The role**:
- To be responsible for general building maintenance and compliance
- To prepare a monthly schedule of works, mandatory and preventative.
- To carry out planned and preventative maintenance tasks
- To manage the cleaning team
- To take care of the waste management and metal recycling
- To complete general tasks on the upkeep of the building e.g. painting, plumbing and electrical.
- To be responsible for keeping the company PAT testing, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, Emergency Lighting etc. testing and records up to date
- To complete regular and periodic testing/checks for legionella and fluid tests
- To arrange and manage sub-contractors and the procurement of their services
- To ensure any remedial work is actioned.
- To Ensure that Health and Safety Legislation and guidelines are kept up to date and to monitor site Health and Safety
**Salary from** £21840 to £24570 DOE
- 37 hours per week
- Overtime at 1 ½ times anything over 37 hours, double on Sunday and Treble for Bank holidays (if worked) We try to keep a good work - life balance so try to avoid weekend work.
