Till Volunteer

As a till volunteer in our Poole charity shop, you will be one of the store's friendly faces who will help us to provide the best customer experience whilst playing an important role in raising funds for our charity work.

The role - Till volunteer

Serving customers on the till (training provided).
- Welcoming and helping customers
- Donations and Gift Aid - welcome donors, take in donations, sign donors up to GiftAid
- Tagging and sizing of stock
- Re-stocking shop, light tidying & cleaning duties to keep the shop looking presentable and welcoming.

About you:
As a Till Volunteer you will require:

- Good numeracy skills
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to work as part of a small team
- Reliability
- Good customer service skills and a willingness to engage with customers
