**Experience /Qualifications**:

**About the role** Responsibilities**
- **Operational reporting and analysis - **Build and maintain methods of reporting against operational KPIs in order to help drive performance. Provide financial insight to non finance managers.
- **Month end process** - Deliver accurate month end reports; review, analyse, accrue and make corrections as needed to ensure each cost centre is correctly reported. To prepare and present reporting packs that are clear, succinct, accurate and appropriate to relevant stakeholders providing an understanding of performance and opportunities to drive future improvements.
- **Budget management and forecasting** - Aid the creation of forecasts and budgets that are realistic, robust and agile, working with stakeholders to ensure delivery of business and financial performance with clear identification of risks and opportunities.
- **Financial modelling**:

- Support the senior finance business partner in preparing financial models as needed, developing business cases in conjunction with stakeholders and other Business Units to enhance business performance, putting in place robust post implementation review processes to assess performance vs. business cases.
- **Business partnering** - the analyst role will support the senior finance business partner in working with a wide range of stakeholders across the business; with the ability to build strong relationships that allow you to constructively challenge and support leaders with your own ideas and thoughts.

**Working patterns**
This role is offered on a flexible basis, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
