**Role Purpose**

Our Salesforce Administrator will form a pivotal role as a primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment (Service Cloud) across 65+ users. The administrator will focus on the organisation's use of data towards what best serves our business vision and strategy, handling all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields as well as key business automation to improve process and overall efficiency.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards
- Gather detailed requests and feedback from the business for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes using best practice development methodologies as appropriate
- Automate processes using core Salesforce tools such as process builder, flows, approval processes and validation rules Identify, install and maintain appropriate apps from the AppExchange
- Share knowledge and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organisation Document customisation and changes made in Salesforce
- Plan ahead for upgrades, seasonal releases and long-term projects Additional project work as required by the Operations Manager

**Skills and Experience**
- Admin certified (ADM201)
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a Salesforce administrator
- Strong attention to detail, organisation skills and documentation/written abilities
- Creative, analytic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes and automation, custom views, reports and dashboards, etc.
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude towards driving change
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle/prioritise simultaneous requests
- Adaptable to change - ideally experience working in a smaller, fast paced business
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with different types of stakeholders across the business
- Strong understanding of Salesforce design and development best practices and functionality required
- Thrives on activity and enjoys working in an ever changing environment
- Knowledge of JIRA
- Experience of working with Chatbot
- Experience with Lightning Advanced Admin certified (ADM221)
