- We have an opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Accounts Assistant to work in our busy accounts team at King’s Lynn. You will be a team player with excellent numerical skills and a high level of attention to detail. You will ideally have experience in the same or similar role and will be used to working in a busy, active environment, dealing with high volumes of invoices, accurately and efficiently.This role is working part-time, 30 hours per week, hours/days can be discussed at interview.-
- Inputting purchase ledger invoices onto the database for authorisation
- Processing invoices onto the system after authorisation and accurate Nominal Coding
- Reconciling supplier statements prior to BACS/Cheque runs
- Processing supplier payments
- Liaising with dealerships and suppliers to resolve queries.

- Proven experience of working within a busy accounts department
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent numerical skills
