**Position**: Experienced Cook

**Hours**:

- Full-time position available: starting at 8:00 am till finish; Fridays and Saturdays mandatory; working hours to be discussed during interview
- Part-time position available: Flexible hours, Fridays and Saturdays mandatory; working hours to be discussed during interview

**Salary**: Wage to be discussed during interview

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your culinary expertise to prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes to perfection
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
- Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cook in a café, restaurant, or similar establishment
- Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays, recognising these as our busiest periods
