Our client is a successful property investment consultancy, headquartered in the North-West region of the United Kingdom. We specialise in sourcing and acquiring high-quality developments for our clients. We are looking for a Property Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team based in the Liverpool City Centre.

We're seeking top performers who are commercially aware and take a consultative approach. Background is not a determining factor, but your ability to demonstrate the following qualities is critical:

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling new enquiries and converting to sales
- Strong track record in face-to-face or telephone sales
- Understanding of client needs and matching them with our products and services
- Strong consultative selling skills

- Proactive and creative sales approach

We offer a comprehensive package designed to support your success in the role. Our basic salary is complemented by an exceptional commission scheme, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of £50,000 to £100,000+.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
