Company Description:
Join our brand new team at a seasonal venue on Cleethorpes Promenade. We are opening an all American diner style restaurant, serving basic baskets of American food, drinks, and desserts. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new venture and contribute to a fun and vibrant dining experience.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Promotion Staff member, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with passersby and inviting them to visit the restaurant
- Distributing leaflets and promoting the restaurant's offerings
- Initiating conversations with potential customers and encouraging them to dine at our venue
- Assisting with pulling customers into the restaurant to help increase foot traffic
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Assisting in other areas of the venue, such as the slush kiosk or providing support to other team members as needed

Job Requirements:

- Previous experience in promotions or a customer-facing role is preferred, but not essential
- Outgoing and friendly personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage with potential customers and promote the restaurant's offerings
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Flexibility to assist in other areas of the venue when required
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts

Working Hours and Compensation:

- Two people are required to work shifts between 12 PM to 3:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 7 PM
- Wages will be set as a weekly in arrears salary
- Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the interview process
