The Role: -- To handle all incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Be the conduit between workshop and customers.
- Identifying parts requirements.
- Deliver high standard of customer service.
- Completing all relevant administration.
TheWorkshop Administrator: -- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PC literate good knowledge.
- Have the mindset to ensure all work is done promptly within the timescales.
- Good timekeeper.
