**The Client**:Award winning and market leading advisors in proptech connectivity design, management and sustainability who deliver a unique asset management based, independent consultancy and managed solutions, such as:

- Offering a plug & play fibre solution, providing a landlord-controlled network, managed in partnership with the market leaders in digital connectivity.
- Designing and manage ISP (Internet Service Provider) agnostic infrastructure, removing connection delays and maximising value to the occupier.
- Enabling a SMART specified building, reducing total void and operational shortfalls, to de-risk occupational strategy and support underlying asset value.
- Working with UK leading institutional, private equity and propco investors/developers.

**The Opportunity**:As the Head of Property, you will:

- Manage the Real Estate team and lead client engagement throughout an existing portfolio of clients
- Develop and evolve the property strategy to increase revenue in accordance with the existing business plan
- Lead future recruitment into the property function, shaping a team to work towards a collective goal
- Lead training and development in creating an environment for the property team to differentiate our value proposition
- Report directly to the CEO on all property functions and in executing our growth strategy
- Identify and lead on the development of new propositions, meet client requirements and realise subsequent opportunities
- Present innovations and make the business case for their implementation
- Manage senior surveyors and associate directors in capturing new opportunities
- A track record of originating, managing, and closing a property-based opportunity pipeline
- Exceptional commercial real estate relationships across all disciplines
- A strong investment, agency or property management background
- MRICS qualification and experience is desirable
- A track record in leading and developing ongoing business strategy
- Experience of managing and developing internal teams
- A passion for improving in-building functionality and specification
- A desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organisation and promote new ideas to the board
