Full time - Permanent (Min 45hrs per week)
£35,100 & Company Vehicle
Parkguard Ltd, a leading provider of community safety services, is seeking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Fleet & Operational Support Coordinator to join our team.
**Duties may include but are not limited to**:
- Coordination and transport of fleet vehicles for maintenance and repair
- Inspections and vehicle checks
- Diagnose & if possible, repair in car IT issues.
- Where possible, responding to other fleet related issues, for example accidents, breakdowns or other emergencies.
- Uniform and kit stock control, issue and distribution.
- Monitoring & reporting regarding fleet tracking, telematics & dash cameras.
- Any other duties as required to assist and support the Fleet & Operational Support Manager
**Role Requirements**:
- A Full Valid Manual Driver’s License.
- Able and willing to work overtime.
- Excellent spoken & written English language skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with external organizations.
- Vehicle/motor trade knowledge and/or experience
- Reliably be able to commute to AL4 (Hertfordshire)
- Respect for and ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Hours and Pay**:
The Fleet & Operational Support Coordinator position is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 9-hour days typically between the hours of **05:00 and 18:00** (depending on operational requirements). The role requires a minimum of **45 hours per week**, however occasional overtime may be available/required. The hourly rate of pay for the role is **£15.00,** equating to an annual basic salary of **£35,100** and a company vehicle that has a value in the region of **£5,500** per annum.
