**What we’ll be asking you to do**
We are looking for a self-directed, and enthusiastic administrator to deliver support to technical retrofit pathways and to manage the coordination of the retrofit outputs for our clients and partners.
**What we would like from you...**
To be successful in the job straight away you should have previous experience in:
- Championing the upload and lodgement of projects to the data warehouse (Trustmark).
- Tracking and following up on missing documents or data, liaising with assessors to obtain and re-lodge necessary documents.
- Collaborating with the Pathways team to identify priorities and required outputs.
- Revising and reissuing PAS outputs based on client feedback.
- Uploading outputs to the Sero Passport platform as needed.
- Monitoring Pathways delivery figures to assist with resource planning and business metrics.
- Staying updated with changes to industry retrofit standards, including PAS2035, Trustmark processes, and relevant funding schemes.
- Reporting and implementing ideas for process efficiency improvements to the wider team.
- Providing administrative and project support to the team.
- Having DEA and/or Retrofit Assessor accreditation (desirable but not essential).

We are striving to become a thought leader in the world of energy technology savings and collaborate with home builders and landlords to help them understand what to do with their buildings to achieve zero carbon.
**A snapshot of the Sero everyday**
**Permanent**: We're a growing SME and see this role as a permanent member of our growing team. We’ve got lots of plans up our sleeves for exciting new things
**Working Hours**: We're looking for about 37.5 hours per week for this role - what would generally be called Full Time. How that breaks into days, or a working pattern is up to you.
**Working Times**: Our policy allows working anywhere at any time, ultimate flexibility. We'd like at least some of your working hours to be coordinated with other internal and external team members to ensure we're being efficient and communicating effectively. We think work should fit your lifestyle, so you can work when you can be most efficient.
**Location**: We have an office based in Cardiff and we provide our Sero team the option to work flexibly, depending on role and responsibility. While we are fully set up for virtual working and support you in which works best for your work life balance, we would like to see you in our Cardiff office for a few times a month and for important meetings
**Salary**: We’re budgeting up to £25,000 per annum for this role with opportunity to progress. This also depends on what we agree between us for your preferred weekly total hours.
