**Knowledge, Skills and Experience required;**
- Good understanding of the connectivity/ Telematics system
- A background in Cloud technologies is an asset.
- Understanding of API (Application Programming Interfaces)
- Familiarity of communication protocols like UDP, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPs, MQTT etc.
- Experience documenting technical content for a developer audience, including documenting APIs
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, associates and at all levels of management.
- Experience in documenting technical content for mobile apps

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
