**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop comprehensive training materials and resources on telecommunications principles, equipment, installation techniques, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to a diverse range of employees, including technicians, engineers, and customer service representatives.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department managers and team leads to identify specific training needs and develop customized training plans accordingly.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, providing them with essential telecommunications knowledge and skills.
- Coordinate and administer relevant certifications, such as SMART awards and Openreach qualifications, ensuring our team members possess the necessary accreditations.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Solid experience working in the telecommunications industry, with a strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, equipment, and technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering training programs and materials in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing effective training strategies, methodologies, and assessments.
- Relevant certifications, such as SMART awards and Openreach qualifications, are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality training materials and programs.
- Flexibility to adapt training techniques to meet the diverse learning needs of individuals or groups.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and multimedia tools for creating engaging and interactive training materials.
