We are recruiting for a **Credit Controller** on behalf of a **Brackley based company**, on offer is a salary of up to £28,500 per year plus 23 days holiday and onsite parking.

The successful applicant will along with the wider Credit Control team will take on responsibility for the credit control function of a business that generates approx. 5000 invoices per month across their 6000+ customer base.

**As a member of the Credit Control Team, you will be**:

- Controlling and managing a set number of assigned customer accounts ensuring the timely payment of invoices.
- Resolving any account queries and credit claims.
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with your allocated customer base.
- Working to minimise bad debts and to ensure that invoices are paid to terms.
- Allocating payments, maintaining customer records, ledger accounts, producing account reconciliation and information reports.
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls to ensure all customer queries are logged and resolved efficiently.
- Allocating payments and resolving any remittance issues.
- Responsible for suspense review and resolving amounts held on suspense.
- Responsible for aged debt, weekly banking and weekly bank receivables reporting.

**To be considered as a Credit Controller you will need**:

- Credit Control experience (Minimum of 2 years).
- Experience of Microsoft Office Packages.
- A keen eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- The ability to build relationships with your allocated customer base with the confidence to chase for payment whilst adopting a firm but fair approach.

**If you have any of the following that would be beneficial**:

- An AAT or related qualification.
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics.

**On offer for the successful Credit Controller is**:

- A salary of up to £28,500.
- A company performance related bonus scheme.
- 23 days holiday plus all bank holidays.
- Free onsite parking.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
