We are looking for:

- Previous experience in administration, customer service or talent acquisition
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Creative and adaptable
- Previous experience meeting deadlines
- Professional, dedicated work ethic.
Desirable although not essential as a great attitude and desire to learn is just as important:

- Previous recruitment experience
- Social media savvy - knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter and other Social Media sites
