At H2o Swimming Academy we are committed to delivering fun, high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults in both Northern Ireland and England. As a result of our recent growth and expansion, we now have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and dedicated swimming co-ordinator to join our team.

We are seeking someone who has a passion for the swimming and leisure industry and can drive the business forward. The individual will be innovative and will help maintain the high standards within our swim school as we continue to grow. They will be highly organised, enthusiastic and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the swimming co-ordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties and customer service enquiries.

It is a self-employed position with the expectation to work 10-15 hours per week at £11.44ph.

There is a chance for additional hours in the future as the business continues to grow as well as progression opportunities.

The position comes with the expectance to work occasional Sundays (2-3 hours and would be agreed in advance with the Operations Manager).

The role is mainly remote working but may require travel to H2o swimming academy sites (Antrim, Bangor, Ballycastle, Derry/Londonderry).

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Using our booking system to process customer booking requests in a timely manner.
- Monitoring customer payments are received on time.
- Monitoring class bookings to ensure classes are utilised as best as possible.
- Promotion of the business on social media.
- Running reports and checking instructors are completing registers and student lesson performance.
- Delivering the highest standard of service to H2o Swimming Academy customers.
- Occasional Sunday working on new term re-booking weeks. It would be approx. 2 Sundays every 8-weeks and agreed in advance with the line manager.
- Travel to H2o Swimming Academy sites may be required depending on the need of the business.

**Essential Experience**
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to work on your own as well as with others as part of a team.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to use own initiative to solve problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible to meet changing needs of the role as required.

**Desirable Experience**
- Experience in the leisure industry.
- Swimming teacher qualification.
