Balancing Accounts
- Process sales invoices, receipts, purchase orders and payments
- Managing supplier invoices and plant hire bookings
- Reconciling the bank through Sage
- Prepare and manage time sheets and expenses
- Prepare monthly report for investors with directors
- Dealing with statutory financial paperwork and filing
- Handling commercial sensitive and valuable company information
- Support additional office duties
**Skills**:Two years accounting and Sage Line online Accounts/Payroll Experience. Accurate keyboard skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft office and Excel. Good telephone manner Willingness to learn.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Airdrie, ML6 7RY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 2 years (required)
- bookkeeping: 2 years (required)
