Transaction Services Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Transaction Services Manager to join their growing team in Reading.

Salary will be dependent on experience.

**You must have extensive experience in Due diligence.**

With a client base covering the Thames Valley and London, the role will be responsible for managing Due Diligence assignments for a number of Private Equity clients and businesses looking to buy companies as part of their corporate strategy.
- **Key duties include**:_
- Leading the preparation of all key financial analysis of target businesses (from historic, forecast and budget data)
- Preparing data requests and leading Q&A sessions with target businesses
- Providing significant input into the drafting of financial due diligence reports and identification of key issues
- Supporting the preparation of Due Diligence scopes and proposals and other business development activities

**_Skills required_**
- To be considered for the position you should be degree-educated, ACA or ACCA qualified
- **Least two years' experience in a Corporate Finance or Transaction Services role which must include managing Due Diligence assignments.**:

- You should be able to demonstrate an awareness of how corporate deals are structured, the processes and issues involved and be comfortable dealing with business owners and senior client representatives.
