Role Overview

Privacy is a critical and increasingly high-profile issue in the highly
- regulated insurance, health and

care environment. We are looking for an individual to support the team in the administrative and

operational side of data protection compliance.

What You’ll Do:

- Answering data privacy questionnaires using templated answers
- Managing the team mailbox; and
- Assessing and fulfilling data access requests.
- Collating Management Information and compiling privacy reporting for privacy governance meetings
- Attending privacy governance meetings to take minutes and track actions.
- Organising and running team meetings.
- Maintaining Bupa’s notifications with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
- Reviewing copy clearance and approving literature based on a set of prescribed privacy ‘house rules’
- Providing support to the Privacy Advisors/Heads of Privacy on administrative matters as required
